Riverside studio is a delightful friendly Fitness Studio that promotes health and well-being. Sam’s Fitness & Well-Being Studio is the first in the Borders and offers a variety of classes including Step Aerobics, Pilates, Seniors Classes, with a selection of health and well-being workshops and of course, the dance craze which has taken the world by storm Zumba®. Ditch the workout and join the party!! Zumbatomic for Kidz. Sam Deans is dedicated and is passionate about her teaching. Fully qualified for over 20 years this new chapter is a great success -below is the CURRENT TIMETABLE for 2020. Her enthusiasm and experience now offers the local community (suitable for all ages and abilities) the opportunity to get fit and healthy. The airy, bright studio provides a riverside view with excellent wooden floors and a spacious friendly atmosphere.
